Jan. 31: Creative Arts Workshop Inc.: ($750) Made Visible: Unveiled Roots, an exhibition by Marquis Brantley Sr., featuring large portraits that explore the stories of Black men and boys in his family. This in-person event at CAW’s gallery will include a DJ, guest performer, and an artist talk.

Feb. 01: Yale-China Association: ($750) Lunarfest 2025 Year of the Snake is Connecticut’s largest annual Lunar New Year celebration and will take place at 10:00 a.m. in the Whitney-Audubon arts district. Featuring a traditional lion dance troupe, local artists, and local organizations, the day is full of learning, culture, arts, and fun for the Greater New Haven community.
Feb. 24: CWMP Foundation, Inc.: ($1,000) An Annual Black History Month Empowerment Luncheon.
Feb. 27: Leadership, Education and Athletics in Partnership, Inc.: ($1,300) Join us for an exciting LEAP Year Event, where we will honor Ann Baker Pepe and Ed Cleary, Co-Board Chairs, with the LEAP Community Leadership Award! The evening will start with a cocktail reception at the Dixwell Community (Q) House, followed by your choice of dinner and conversation. Mar. 13: Women and Family Life Center: ($500) EmpowHer Gala- Navigating Through Life Transitions. Join us for an unforgettable evening at our annual fundraising gala, where every moment is dedicated to making a difference!
Mar. 15: Living United CT Transitional Services Inc.: ($250) Ignite the Future youth event will take place in the large conference room #114 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. This in-person event will focus on empowering and inspiring the next generation through engaging workshops and dynamic discussions.
Mar. 21: Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen, Inc.: ($1,000) Breaking Bread 2025 Presented by Yale Hospitality, an evening of fine wines and culinary masterpieces in New Haven's most historic venues!
Mar. 22: National Council of Negro Women, Inc.: ($1,000) The 2025 Women's Summit will be the 30th annual event held at the Amistad School in New Haven from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A Collaboration of Women will engage the community focusing on the issues and concerns affecting African American families and the community.
Mar. 26: Greater New Haven Cat Project, Inc.: ($700) Join us for a Purr-oni dinner. Our 3rd annual in-person fundraising event in collaboration with the Branford Compassion Club, Inc. (BCC). This event will take place at the Christ & The Epiphany Church in East Haven, 5:30 p.m.
Mar 27: Huneebee Project: ($500) 'Pollinator Haven' will be held at the Dixwell Community House. This event will feature the screening of a short film called My Garden of a Thousand Bees, followed by a youth-led panel discussion on best practices for urban pollinator stewardship.

Apr 01: Junior Achievement of Southwest New England, Inc.: ($500) JASWNE's Hall of Fame recognizes business and community leaders who have made significant contributions to the prosperity and the strength of our communities. This year's event will be held at the Hartford Marriott. JASWNE's Hall of Fame will begin at 5:30 p.m. with networking and cocktails, followed by dinner and an awards program.
Apr. 02: Horizons at Foote ($500) Raise Every Voice is an in-person event being held at the Whitneyville Cultural Commons. Accomplished artists from diverse backgrounds will engage in a dialogue on equity in the arts and art education.
Apr. 03: Saint Martin de Porres Academy: ($2,000) We invite you to join us at our 20th Anniversary Spring Fling gala, honoring Ann Baker and Frank Pepe. Starting at 5:30 p.m. at Woodwinds in Branford. Your support will help provide scholarship funding for low income children and help us fulfill our mission to end the generational cycle of poverty through education and opportunity.
Apr. 04: New Haven Leon Sister City Project: ($600) Presenting: Sisters! Visualizing Solidarity and Resistance, an art exhibit beginning January 16 - April 04. Celebrating 40 years of solidarity and social justice between New Haven, CT and Leon, Nicaragua. Hosted at the historic Institute Library honoring speakers and experts from sister organizations, and local colleges and universities.
Apr 05: Friends of the Milford Public Library: ($500) "The Acts in the Stacks, A Four Course Performance!" fundraiser is in-person and will take place at the Milford Public Library from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. featuring a food-themed literary performance with pieces from local, contemporary and classic authors.
Apr. 06: New Haven Paint & Clay Club: ($300) An annual Juried Art Exhibition reception 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Creative Arts Workshop in New Haven.
Apr. 12: Monk Bloodline Heritage Connection: ($500) MBHC will commemorate its fourth Roots & Routes Train Ride by hosting a kick-off celebration at the Union Avenue train station in New Haven from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Apr 12: Squash Haven: ($500) The 16th Annual Squash Haven Showdown Reception includes a speech from a Squash Haven team member, each senior sharing where they are going to college, and an awards component honoring fundraising efforts and other key contributions.
Apr. 26: Ely Center of Contemporary Art: ($1,000) 10th Anniversary Gala Benefit Auction from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at City Seed in New Haven. A festive ticketed event featuring renowned auctioneer Guy Bennett at the gavel to raise funds for our building endowment campaign and to celebrate 10 years of our organization.
Apr 26: James Blackstone Memorial Library: ($1,000) An 18-hole mini golf course “Mini Golf at Blackstone Library" during the day on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. On Saturday night, we’re hosting "Mini Golf: After Hours," a 21+ event which includes a wine and spirits tasting with local and national distributors, food, and gift basket prize drawings. Sunday (27) 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. families can come and play in person at an affordable rate.
Apr. 27: New Haven Symphony Orchestra: ($550) Join NHSO for Melodies and Mimosa's Brunch, a gala and brunch celebration of artistry, education, history, and innovation.
Apr. 30: Fellowship Place Inc.: ($800) Join us at the Peabody Museum for A Night to Benefit Fellowship Place. Guests will view the museum’s iconic exhibits, enjoy drinks and light dinner, and bid on a variety of trips and luxury items where all proceeds will benefit housing and support services for adults living with mental illness. The fun starts at 6:00 p.m.

May 03: Timely Treasures Charity: ($430) This special event will bring together community members and supporters to help raise funds for two vital initiatives – our annual toy and coat drive and extracurricular activity sponsorships for children who have lost a parent. Join us at the Russian Lady's Club from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
May 16: Elim Park Baptist Home Inc.: ($570) Nelson Hall Performing Arts at Elim Park is offering an in-person live music experience, featuring the soulful and uplifting music of Ryan Stevenson, geared towards an older adult audience at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
May 17: Connecticut Hospice: ($500) The Bloom Gala will be the third annual Connecticut Hospice (CTH) event that brings together scores of people who support the CTH mission and contribute to its many successes. CTH will have an opportunity to honor and thank outstanding individuals who have helped this important organization endure and thrive.

Jun. 04: Hamden Transition Academy at SCSU: ($1,000) This event is the annual Graduation Ceremony for the Hamden Transition Academy. From 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Michael J. Adanti Center at Southern CT State University.
Jun 04: New Reach: ($1,500) New Reach Auction will be held in person at the Woodwinds in Branford from 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Jun. 09: Marrakech, Inc.: ($500) Marrakech's Academy for Human Service Training (AHST) 30th Anniversary Celebration and Student Graduation will take place in-person at 4:00 p.m. at Anthony's Ocean View in New Haven. The event will recognize the achievements of current graduates as well as alumni who have built their careers in the human service field after completing the AHST program, some of whom graduated 30 years ago.
Jun. 10: A Broken Umbrella Theatre, Inc.: ($1,000) ABUT presents: A Slice which is only the seed for the full production in 2025 of Apizza: New Haven’s Family Business, or as Bruno Cantante sings in the show, “One slice don’t make a pie,” which is based around the origins of New Haven's apizza culture.
Jun. 21: ArtsWestCT: ($500) West Haven Make Music Day celebrates the first day of summer with a free, public, outdoor event as part of the New Haven chapter of Make Music Alliance, an international organization. This event includes family-friendly festivities such as chalk drawing, food trucks, hula hooping, and making instruments out of repurposed materials, culminating with a grand finale performance and community music jam.

Aug. 16: E. C. Scranton Memorial Library: ($500) Summer of Scranton Block Party from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Sep 07: Massaro Community Farm: ($1,000) Dinner on the Farm, is a unique farm-to-table annual fundraiser, set from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. We invite the community to support our work and share this spectacular seasonal feast while seated at tables along the edge of the fields where our food and flowers are grown.
Sep. 13: Feeding Families Foundation Inc.: ($500) Please join us for our very first Give Back Gala at Peabody Museum to honor the pediatric oncology nurses and providers at Yale Children's Hospital. Stay tuned for more information.
Sep 14: Belle Sol Inc.: ($500) An in-person event at Savino Vineyards in Woodbridge.
Sep. 18: Connecticut Voices for Children: ($2,000) Celebrating 30 years of research and advocacy on behalf of children! This in-person celebration will take place at the New Haven Lawn Club.
Sep. 18: Gaylord Hospital, Inc.: ($500) Corks & Forks Join us for an unforgettable evening with friends, family and colleagues, featuring delectable food, a variety of beers, wines, signature drinks (non-alcoholic options available) and live music by Groove Authority from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Sep 21: Hungarian Community Club Inc.: ($500) An annual festival with Hungarian music, dancing, and vendors.
Sep 24: CitySeed Inc.: ($1,000) The Food Business Accelerator Showcase is an in-person event held each September to celebrate graduates of the Food Business Accelerator (FBA). This event provides a platform for emerging food businesses to pitch their ventures, share their cuisine with the community, and network with industry leaders and fellow entrepreneurs.

Oct. 25: Elm Shakespeare Company: ($500) Our 30th Anniversary Masquerade Ball will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Amarante's Sea Cliff celebrating the theme New Haven's Gem, Shining for 30 Years. This in person event will honor three decades of artistic excellence and community impact.

Nov 06: Connecticut Veterans Legal Center: ($500) 15th Annual Saluting Service bringing together our diverse community to celebrate the work of Veteran advocates and highlight issues that face our Veterans today.
Nov 06: Gateway Community College Foundation Inc.: ($500) 27th Annual Hall of Fame, a cornerstone occasion dedicated to raising essential funds for students attending Connecticut State Community College Gateway. This highly anticipated event unites the diverse and vibrant New Haven community in a night of celebration, recognition, and support for educational excellence.
Nov. 07: The New Haven Club of NANBPWC Inc.: ($500) Celebrating in person, our 10th Veterans Appreciation event where we award 3 veterans for their service in combat and when they returned to the community. We will have a keynote speaker who is also a military affiliate who can speak to the importance of community support for veterans returning from the battlefield under the topic "From Combat to Community, celebrating our local Veterans".

Dec 13: Community Dining Room: ($1,000) HarborLights is a breathtaking community event where thousands of luminaries illuminate the night, creating a magical atmosphere.
