Collective Impact
The Connecticut Urban Opportunity Collaborative (CUOC) consists of The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, Hartford Foundation for Public Giving and Fairfield County's Community Foundation. The collaboration is part of Nexus for Equity + Opportunity Nationwide (NEON), a cohort of community foundations from around the country who are working together to attract private foundation and individual donations to support effective models for dismantling systemic racism.
